How should I care for my LAZO jewelry?
You can wear your Lazo pieces the way you wear most of your other jewelry.
To help preserve the beauty of your pieces:
- Remove your jewelry while showering and sleeping
- Keep pieces away from abrasive materials and harsh chemicals
- Use a polishing cloth to shine your jewelry as needed
What's your return and exchange policy?
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in new condition. Need a different size or style? Reach out—we’re happy to assist.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, new condition items within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit only. Please note, we do not offer refunds.
To initiate a return or exchange, email lazocollective@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll provide a return shipping label and further instructions.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
- Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-2 business days
- Custom and made-to-order pieces can take up to 3 weeks based on customization and availability
- We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days when possible
Occasionally delays may occur, and you'll be notified if this affects your order. If you experience unusually long delivery times, please reach out to lazocollective@gmail.com.
What warranty and repair services do you offer?
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every LAZO piece. All jewelry comes with a 30-day warranty covering any manufacturing defects. If an issue arises beyond that timeframe, we’re still here to help—repair services outside the warranty period can be quoted by email.
